Nobel prize winning economist on why the Robin Hood Tax is right

Joseph Stiglitz is a professor at Columbia University. He  received the Nobel Prize for Economics in 2001.  He is  the former Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of the World Bank.  Last week he talked to the London Evening Standard about his new book ‘Freefall’ and his views on the potential benefits of a Robin Hood Tax.
