Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Your Book of Christmas Wishes for the Bankers
January 1st 1970 /

We asked for your Christmas wish lists and you delivered. We received hundreds of letters reminding the bankers that Christmas is a time of giving not just of bonuses.

We were overwhelmed by your letters both by the number we received and by the amount of heart each of them had. So we took your wishlists and made them into books. A digital one, copied in below, that we can send to our MPs. Plus a nice green hardback copy which we hand delivered to the bankers today. It was a merry trip round the City and Canary Wharf to hand in your wish list books to the CEOs of the top banks. And not wanting the politicians to feel left out during the festive season we stopped by Downing Street and the Treasury.

Huge thank you to everyone who sent in their Christmas letters. We're truly sorry that we couldn't include all of them in the books but we only had a limited space.

We hope that everyone's Christmas wish lists will remind the bankers and politicans that 2010 has been a tough year for all of us but that the Government has a real chance to make 2011 a merrier one. A Robin Hood tax on the banks will ensure that they pay their fair share to society. We really can make poverty in the UK and around the world a ghost of Christmas past.

Have a very merry Christmas! Back for more action in the New Year.
